Terms of Use
Last updated
Welcome to the Catherine Farm website. These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) apply to every page of catherinefarm.com. We’ve kept them as short and plain as we can.
How we collect and use personal data is explained separately in our Privacy Notice.
Accepting these Terms
By visiting or using this site, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. If you don’t agree with any part of them, please don’t use the site.
About this site
This site is run by Catherine Farm in Bang Khonthi District, Samut Songkhram, Thailand, to share information about:
- our farm and how we grow
- our fruit: Nam Hom coconut, Namwa banana, Hak Muk banana and papaya
- recipes that use this fruit
- general knowledge about organic and regenerative farming
What the site doesn’t do
There are no user accounts, and nothing is sold or paid for on the site.
Product information and orders
- Product information on the site is general. What we harvest depends on the season and on nature, so not every fruit is available all the time.
- Availability, quantities, prices and how you receive your order are confirmed with you individually by email at contact@catherinefarm.com.
- Browsing the site, reading about a product or clicking a button that opens your email app is not an offer to buy or sell and does not create a contract. A sale only happens once we have both agreed the details by email.
- The photos on this site were taken on our farm; the fruit characters are illustrations. Every fruit and every bunch differs naturally in size, shape, colour and skin, and may have a few marks, so what you receive may not look exactly like the pictures.
- If you’d like to visit the farm, please ask us by email in advance.
Recipes and nutrition information
- Recipes, nutrition notes and tips on choosing or storing fruit are general information, shared for learning and enjoyment only.
- Please check the ingredients before you cook or eat, especially if you or anyone you are cooking for has a food allergy. Some recipes may contain common allergens such as peanuts, shrimp or fish.
- Wash fruit and other ingredients well, cook hygienically and store food properly.
- Nothing on this site is medical or personal nutrition advice, and it is not meant to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease. If you have a health condition, are pregnant or follow a special diet, please ask a doctor or dietitian.
- Times, amounts and results may vary with your ingredients, equipment and experience.
Information about organic and regenerative farming
- Our content about organic and regenerative farming summarises public material from the ReCAP project (Regenerative Coconuts Agriculture Project), implemented by GIZ with its partners, and other sources listed there. We credit each source on that page.
- Catherine Farm is not affiliated with the ReCAP project. Mentioning ReCAP, GIZ or any other organisation does not mean they endorse or support Catherine Farm or our fruit.
- Words like “organic”, “grown without chemicals” and “regenerative” on this site describe how we farm. They are not a claim that we hold an organic certification from any body.
- The benefits of organic and regenerative farming we describe are general findings from the cited sources, not measurements or tests made on our farm.
Intellectual property
- Photos, illustrations, characters, text and design on this site are © Catherine Farm unless stated otherwise.
- Third-party material, such as documents from the ReCAP project and GIZ, belongs to its owners. We use it for reference and credit the source.
- You’re welcome to share links, and to use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as sending a recipe to friends or family, as long as you credit “Catherine Farm” and link back to our site.
- Any other use, such as using our photos or text commercially, in ads, on packaging or in an online shop, needs our written permission first. Ask us at contact@catherinefarm.com.
- You may not use the Catherine Farm name or our photos in a way that suggests someone else’s products come from our farm, or that we endorse someone else’s products or services.
Using the site fairly
When you use this site, you agree not to:
- use it for anything unlawful, or in a way that infringes other people’s rights
- try to gain unauthorised access to it, or disrupt the site or its servers, for example with an unusual flood of requests or harmful code
- scrape or copy large amounts of content with automated tools to republish it without permission
- pretend to be Catherine Farm, or use our name or photos to mislead others
- send spam, scams or offensive content to our email address

- Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, such as liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence, for death, bodily injury or harm to health, or under the law on unsafe products, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
- Any sale agreed by email is governed by the details agreed for that order and by the applicable law.
Governing law and disputes

Language and general terms
- These Terms are published in Thai and English. If the two versions differ, the Thai version prevails.
- If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
